OASIS Reviews
The PPS Plus nursing team will review M items on your OASIS to make sure they accurately reflect the patient's clinical condition. They will also look for potential upscoring / underscoring and will alert you when substandard trends are detected in your documentation.
Phone Support
Pick up the phone and call our experts for the support you need to get through what's stumping you. Then once you complete the OASIS and submit it to us, a nurse will contact you with feedback on how to increase the accuracy.
Clinical Needs vs. Service Level Alerts
Our nurses will examine the patient's health status and make sure the corresponding visits (therapy, aid, nursing, etc.) coincide with clinical needs of the patient.
Reimbursement Analyses
When you submit an OASIS to our nurses for review, they will review the data and alert you to what OASIS changes will affect your reimbursement.
Estimated Costs Analyses
Using national average cost-per-visit rates, our nursing staff will analyze how much it will cost to treat the patient and then compare that data to your reimbursement. This will give you a side-by-side view so you can make sure the financial data matches.
ICD-9 Code Auditing
Our nurses will review your ICD-9 codes and make sure they are in compliance with current coding guidelines. They will also look for potential upcoding / downcoding within your data.

For each assessment reviewed, a complete review of the data is performed to identify clinical inconsistencies, errors, or missed items. You will then receive notification of the suggested codes and items that should be reviewed before submitting to CMS.
